In a marketplace crowded with bleached walnuts, sulfur-treated figs, and sugar-syrup adulterated commercial honey, finding truly uncompromised pantry staples had become an uphill struggle.
We started Amritam with a single, unyielding standard: to deliver foods in their original, natural integrity. We travel directly to the orchards of Kashmir and traditional apiary belts, partnering with multi-generational families who take pride in authentic cultivation.
Every almond is left in its raw natural state; every jar of honey is bottled cold without industrial flash-heating, protecting fragile active enzymes and subtle wildflower notes.
